Where documents overlap, the more specific policy controls. ## Age Verification & 18+ Notice redchat is strictly for adults. At sign-up every user must affirm that they are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. redchat applies stronger age assurance — such as third-party age estimation or ID checks — where a payment processor, app store, or local law requires it, and may re-verify age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated and their data deleted. See the [Minor Safety & Underage Policy](/redchat.app/policies/minor-safety-underage-policy.md) for details. ## Child Safety & CSAM Reporting redchat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualization of minors or minor-presenting characters — including "aged-up" versions of characters that originate as minors, loli/shota styling, age-regression to a minor, childlike bodies, and school-child scenarios. This prohibition applies to all text and images regardless of who created the character or claims ownership. Confirmed CSAM is removed, the account is banned, and reports are filed with the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline () and with relevant local authorities. To report a suspected child-safety violation: **** or the in-product report tool. ## Trust & Safety / Content Reporting Content on redchat is moderated by a combination of automated systems (including CSAM detection) and human review. Any user can report a character, chat, image, or message using the in-product report tool, or by emailing ****. Reports of non-consensual sexual content depicting real, identifiable people (deepfakes, revenge porn, likeness used without consent), real-world sexual violence, trafficking, or exploitation are prioritized; such content is removed, the account may be banned, and unlawful material is reported to the authorities. Appeals of moderation decisions are handled under the [Content Removal & Appeals Policy](/redchat.app/policies/content-removal-appeals-policy.md). ## Creator Resources Creators own the characters they build and grant redchat a license to host, display, and distribute them so the service can operate. Ownership does not exempt any character from redchat's rules: the prohibited categories in the [Prohibited Content Policy](/redchat.app/policies/prohibited-content-policy.md) — above all the sexualization of minors and non-consensual real-person content — are enforced regardless of who owns or created the content. * **Earning:** redchat's monetization is the **Referral Program** — share your link and, when a referred person newly signs up and pays, you earn 30% of their payments for a full year (12 months), regardless of who created the character. See the [Referral Program](/redchat.app/policies/referral-program.md) for full terms. ## Payments & Billing redchat uses adult-friendly payment processors suited to lawful 18+ content. On-platform value is denominated in **Red Points**, a virtual currency purchased in packs or through a subscription; RP has no cash value and is non-transferable. * **Billing & subscription help:** * **Refunds:** requested through support and handled under the [Subscription & Refund Policy](/redchat.app/policies/subscription-refund-policy.md). Digital goods and consumed RP are generally non-refundable except where local consumer law requires otherwise (for example, EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights). * **Chargebacks:** if you believe a charge is wrong, contact billing support first. Filing a chargeback may suspend your account and revoke remaining RP and premium access pending review; wrongful chargebacks can lead to account termination. ## Record-Keeping Notice redchat's explicit content is AI-generated and synthetic; because 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements are directed at productions using real human performers, a formal compliance statement will be published only if legal review determines one applies to AI-only content. ## Privacy & Data Requests redchat treats chat logs and AI-generated intimate images as sensitive personal data. It does not sell intimate data and does not share NSFW context with advertising or analytics partners whose terms prohibit adult content. Users have rights under the GDPR (EEA/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California), including access, correction, and deletion. * **Privacy / data-subject requests:** * **Data deletion:** request in-app (Settings → Account → Delete) or by email; data is deleted subject to the legal and financial retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
