Explicit sexual content, nudity, and erotic roleplay with fictional AI characters are permitted for verified adult users, in both text conversations and AI-generated images. redchat is NSFW-native: there is no "safe-first" default that hides adult content from verified adults. This freedom has hard limits. Regardless of who created a character or who owns it, redchat maintains zero tolerance for: any sexualization of minors or minor-presenting characters; non-consensual sexual content depicting real, identifiable people; content that promotes real-world sexual violence, trafficking, or exploitation; and anything illegal in the jurisdictions where we operate. These guidelines explain what is allowed, what is prohibited, how we verify age, how we moderate, and how you can report violations. ## Adult Content & Access **Adult content is the default experience for verified adults.** Because redchat is an 18+ platform, once you have affirmed your age (see Age Verification & Assurance below) explicit characters, adult roleplay, and AI-generated adult imagery are available to you by default. redchat does not hide adult content from verified adults behind an opt-in filter. **Optional SFW mode.** You may enable an optional "SFW mode" from your settings at any time to reduce or exclude explicit content from your chats and discovery feed — for example, when using redchat in a shared space. SFW mode is a personal convenience control, not an age gate, and can be toggled off by any verified adult. **Distribution surfaces.** Explicit adult content is served on the web experience. Where redchat is distributed through a channel whose store policies prohibit adult content (e.g., mobile app stores), that build is filtered to comply with the store's rules; the unfiltered adult experience remains available on the web. Adult content is never served to unverified or under-18 accounts on any surface. ## Content Standards **Permitted (for verified adults).** * Explicit, uncensored sexual and erotic roleplay in text with fictional AI characters, including kink and fantasy scenarios between adults. * Nudity and AI-generated sexually explicit imagery of fictional AI characters. * Creating fictional adult characters and sharing them with other adult users. * Non-human fictional species — anthropomorphic, monster, and fantasy creatures — in romantic or sexual contexts. Fictional species are not treated as "animals" for the purpose of the bestiality rule below. **Prohibited — zero tolerance (enforced regardless of who created or owns the character):** * **Sexualization of minors (CSAM).** Do not create, request, depict, or share sexual content involving characters who are minors or whose age is not clearly established as 18 or older. This includes "aged-up" versions of characters originally depicted as minors, childlike bodies, loli/shota styling, age-regression to a minor, school-child scenarios, and any realistic or human-like depiction of an underage character — even if entirely fictional. Characters must be, and must clearly read as, adults. * **Non-consensual content depicting real people.** Do not create sexual or intimate content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent. This includes deepfakes, face-swaps, real-person likeness, revenge porn, secretly-taken intimate imagery, and sextortion. Do not impersonate real individuals, public figures, or celebrities. * **Real-world sexual violence, trafficking, and exploitation.** Do not create content that promotes, normalizes, or facilitates real-world sexual violence, human trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or other sexual crime. * **Bestiality (real animals).** Do not create content promoting or normalizing sexual attraction to, or sexual engagement with, real-life non-human animals. Fictional, non-real species (for example, anthropomorphic or monster characters) are exempt from this prohibition. * **Extreme harm and gore.** Do not create content depicting acts likely to cause the real death of a person or animal, dismemberment, cannibalism, or excessively graphic gore, mutilation, or bodily-waste content. * **Illegality, hate, and self-harm.** Do not create content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where we operate, that constitutes hate speech or targeted harassment, or that encourages or glorifies suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or drug abuse. Categories not enumerated above are governed by the general rule that every character must be a consenting adult and that no content may fall within a zero-tolerance category. Following the approach of comparable adult platforms, fictional adult scenarios that are not listed as prohibited are not automatically banned; redchat may still remove content at its discretion and may refine this list. ## Tags & Discovery Creators add up to 5 tags to help other adults find their characters. On redchat, adult and NSFW tags are discovery and personalization signals — they help route the right content to the right adult users, and they drive the optional SFW mode filter (see Adult Content & Access above); they do not hide compliant adult content from verified adults by default. Automated systems classify and tag content, and independently flag or withhold any material suspected of falling within a prohibited category — in particular, anything that may sexualize a minor or depict a real person without consent — pending human review. ## Image Moderation redchat permits AI-generated adult imagery — including nudity and depictions of sexual activity involving fictional adult characters — for verified adult users. Adult genitalia and consensual sexual acts between fictional adults are not, by themselves, grounds for removal. Images are automatically withheld pending human review, and removed if confirmed, when they appear to involve: (a) a character who appears to be a minor in any sexualized context (zero tolerance); (b) a real, identifiable person in an intimate or sexual context without consent, including deepfakes and face-swaps; (c) sexual content involving real animals; or (d) extreme gore, mutilation, or content likely to depict real death. Automated CSAM detection runs on generated and uploaded imagery continuously. ## Reporting & Enforcement Reports are handled confidentially. You can report a character, image, or conversation from within the product. redchat reviews reports and takes action proportionate to the severity of the violation: flagging, content removal, a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Content and accounts involving zero-tolerance categories (see Content Standards above) are removed and terminated immediately. Enforcement is carried out by a combination of automated systems and human moderators. Because moderation operates across the platform, conversations and generated content may be reviewed when flagged, even though redchat treats your chats as private (see Privacy & Data Handling for Intimate Content below). If your content or account is actioned, you may appeal; redchat reviews appeals within 5 business days. ## Minor Safety & Mandatory Reporting redchat maintains an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against any sexualization of minors, in any format — text, image, audio, or character definition. This prohibition is unconditional and applies regardless of who created or owns the character. It covers not only depictions of actual minors but any minor-presenting content: characters whose age is not clearly established as 18+, "aged-up" characters that originated as minors in source material, childlike bodies, loli/shota styling, age-regression to a minor, and school-child scenarios. Content that merely appears to depict a minor is flagged, withheld, and reviewed even absent explicit underage intent. redchat uses automated CSAM detection together with human moderation. When we identify apparent child sexual abuse material, we remove it, terminate the associated account(s), preserve the relevant information as required by law, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authorities in the applicable jurisdiction. ## Age Verification & Assurance **You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use redchat.** redchat is an adult platform in its entirety; there is no under-18 tier. At signup you must affirm that you are 18 or older (or the local age of majority). Where a payment processor, distribution channel, or the law of your jurisdiction requires stronger age assurance for access to explicit content, redchat applies an enhanced verification flow (for example, additional identity or age checks) before granting access. redchat may request further information at any time to verify or re-verify that you are an adult, and will suspend access pending verification where required. redchat does not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or use the service. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we terminate it and delete the associated data, subject to any legal preservation obligation. ## AI Safety redchat's AI models operate within the boundaries set by these guidelines. Within those boundaries, models are permitted to generate explicit adult content for verified adults. Automated monitoring runs continuously to detect prohibited content, with a particular focus on any attempt to sexualize minors or to depict real people without consent. You must not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise circumvent redchat's safety controls in order to produce content in a zero-tolerance category (see Content Standards above), and you must not remove or obscure AI-generated content labels. When our systems detect signals of suicide or self-harm, redchat surfaces crisis resources; content that encourages or instructs self-harm is prohibited. ## Legal Compliance redchat operates as a lawful adult-content platform and complies with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where it operates, including online-safety, consumer-protection, and adult-content regulations, and applicable data-protection law (see Privacy & Data Handling for Intimate Content below). Because major mobile app stores restrict adult content, redchat's explicit experience is offered primarily on the web; any store-distributed build complies with that store's policies. redchat may adjust availability, verification, or content standards to meet jurisdiction-specific requirements, including stricter age-assurance mandates for explicit content. ## Payments, Chargebacks & Refunds **Red Points (RP).** redchat uses Red Points (RP), a virtual in-app currency, to access paid features and AI generation. RP and paid plans are purchased through adult-friendly, high-risk-capable payment providers. redchat does not process adult-content payments through providers that prohibit adult material. **Billing.** Subscriptions renew automatically for the plan term you select and can be cancelled at any time in your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and leaves your access active until the end of the current billing period. RP purchased as one-time top-ups are consumed as you use paid features. **Refunds.** Because RP and AI-generated adult content are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once RP has been spent. Where required by law — for example, the statutory withdrawal right for consumers in the EU/UK — redchat honors the applicable refund right, with a pro-rated deduction for services already consumed. redchat does not provide refunds for enforcement actions taken against violating content or accounts. Refund requests are handled through redchat support. **Chargebacks.** If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact redchat support before disputing it with your bank. Filing a chargeback may immediately suspend your access and forfeit any remaining RP. Chargebacks filed in bad faith (outside of genuine fraud) may result in account termination and refusal of future transactions. ## Privacy & Data Handling for Intimate Content **Sensitivity.** redchat treats your chat logs and any AI-generated intimate images as sensitive, special-category personal data and applies heightened protection to them. **Processing and sharing.** To operate the service, message content is processed by the third-party large-language-model and image providers that power redchat's characters; these providers may receive the content of your messages to generate responses. redchat does not sell your intimate data, and does not share your NSFW chat context with advertising or analytics partners whose terms prohibit adult content. Any analytics redchat uses for a non-personalized, aggregate purpose exclude intimate content. **Moderation.** As described under Reporting & Enforcement above, conversations may be reviewed by automated systems and, when flagged, by human moderators for safety and legal compliance, even though redchat treats your chats as private. **AI training.** Where redchat uses interactions to improve its models or moderation systems, it does so using de-identified and/or anonymized data and does not link training content to individual users. **Retention and your rights.** redchat retains personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law (for example, tax and legal-preservation obligations). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; on a deletion request redchat removes your data without undue delay, subject to legal retention or preservation overrides (including CSAM-related preservation). redchat honors applicable rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA. **Security.** redchat applies encryption in transit and at rest and other appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect intimate data. No system is perfectly secure; redchat cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality. ## Creator Ownership & Monetization **Ownership.** Creators retain ownership of the characters they create on redchat. By publishing or sharing a character, you grant redchat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that character so that redchat can operate the service — including serving your character to other adult users you have chosen to share it with. You may remove your characters, ending future distribution, subject to reasonable technical processing time and any legal-preservation obligation. **Rules apply regardless of ownership.** Ownership does not exempt any character from these guidelines. redchat may withhold, remove, or refuse to distribute any character that falls within a prohibited category (see Content Standards above) — the zero-tolerance categories are enforced against owners and non-owners alike. **Monetization.** Users earn on redchat through the Referral Program — sharing an invite or character link and earning 30% of a newly referred user's payments for a full year (12 months), regardless of who created the character involved — subject to redchat's Referral Program terms and payout eligibility. Referral earnings are available only to accounts that comply with these guidelines; an account actioned for a violation is ineligible for, and may forfeit, associated referral earnings. ## Synthetic Content & Record-Keeping The adult content on redchat is AI-generated and depicts fictional characters. It does not depict real human performers. redchat requires that all characters be, and read as, adults, and prohibits any content depicting real people in intimate contexts without consent (see Content Standards above). U.S. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements are directed at producers of visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct; where such requirements are determined to apply to AI-only synthetic content involving no real performer, redchat will implement the appropriate compliance and record-keeping measures. ## Contact **Trust & Safety:** --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
